Green bananas and chicken gizzards
- 3 lb green bananas
- 5 bay leaf
- 12 black pepper corn
- 2 lb chicken gizzards
- 1 jar of roasted peppers
- 1 adobo powder and garlic powder
- 1 green olives without the pit.
- 1 olive oil, extra virgin
- Cut ends off green bananas.
- cut slit length wise.easier to peel.boil in pot.with salt to taste.
- water should cover bananas.
- they will turn black you want them aldente not soft n mushy.strain water.cut into bite size wheel
- Boil gizzards add 1 teaspoon of salt to water.
- When tender take out and slice them.add gizzards to bananas.
- in bowl add all the spices adobo n garlic powder to taste cut roasted peppers into bite size add olive oil.add the green olives.
