Brisket Recipe

  1. Mix all seasoning except Woodie's cooking sauce and rub well over meat.
  2. Wrap tightly in thick foil and chill for 24 hrs.
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet for 3 hrs at 300 degrees.
  4. Open foil and brush on 1/2 jar of the Woodie's sauce.
  5. Rewrap and cook for 1 more hour.
