Corn Pudding Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Beat eggs and butter in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Stir in sour cream and corn.
  4. Add muffin mix; stir just until moistened.
  5. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  7. or until lightly browned.
  8. Cut into 12 squares.
  9. Serve warm.
