Shakerato

  1. Make 1 shot fruity espresso and pour immediately into a cocktail shaker with 5 to 6 ice cubes.
  2. Add 4 teaspoons simple syrup and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
