Mike's Famous Orange Julius Recipe

• 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn orange juice
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 6 ounce. water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. crushed ice
• 1/3 c. sugar

1. Combine ingredients together in blender and run the blender at high speed.
2. Should make approximately 1 qt.
