Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

  1. Heat butter.
  2. In small bowl combine lowfat milk, egg white and berries with butter.
  3. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients; mix well, add in lowfat milk mix to dry ingredients; mix well.
  4. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
  5. Pour 1/4 c. batter on warm skillet.
  6. Cook till bubbles; turn.
  7. Each pancake has only 69 calories.
