Baby back bbq ribs
- 1 rack of back ribs
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1/3 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- Poke holes on the membrane on the ribs.
- Mix all the dry spices and sugar and rub on ribs and let marinade for at least 20 mins.
- Preheat oven to 275F.
- Wrap the ribs in heavy duty foil membrane side up.
- Place on baking pan and bake in oven for two hours.
- Mix mustard and vinegar and add a pinch of salt.
- Remove ribs and carefully open foil.
- Turn oven up to 375F.
- Turn ribs over and brush the mustard sauce on top.
- Place uncovered in oven and bake an additional ten minutes.
- Remove ribs and brush a layer of bbq sauce on top.
- Cook another ten minutes.
- Repeat two more times after.
