Creamy Christmas Tree Salad
- 250 grams Potato
- 100 grams Avocado
- 3 tbsp plus Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 t(to taste) Salt and pepper
- 25 grams Smoked salmon
- 20 grams Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Sweet corn
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 optional Gold dust
- Thinly cut the potato, put the slices in a heatproof dish, wrap, and microwave (500W) for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Mash the avocado into the potato while it's still hot.
- Adjust the firmness of the texture with the heavy cream listed under "A".
- Add the finely chopped smoked salmon, cream cheese and sweet corn and mix it all together.
- Put the mixture into the aluminium cups in cone shapes so they look like Christmas trees, and then sprinkle gold dust if you have it.
