Grilled Vegetable and Fresh Mozzarella Wrap

  1. Evenly spread mozzarella slices over two-thirds of warm, grilled tortilla.
  2. Top with warm grilled zucchini and mushroom slices.
  3. Toss greens with vinaigrette and spread over vegetables.
  4. Roll up tortilla.
  5. Slice diagonally.
  6. Yield: 1 Sandwich.
