Cabbage and Corn Salad with Sesame Dressing
- 3 leaves Cabbage
- 1 ladle's worth Corn (frozen or canned)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Shred the cabbage and drain the excess water.
- To allow a nice texture, don't shred it too thinly.
- To prepare the dressing, mix the ingredients together.
- In another bowl, mix the cabbage and corn.
- Add the dressing and you're done.
- The top photo shows the salad before the dressing was added.
- Add the dressing right before serving as the cabbage tends to get watery.
