Honey-Lemon Prawn Stir-Fry (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 21)

  1. Cook rice in medium saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until tender, drain.
  2. Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in heated wok, remove from wok.
  3. Cook prawns in heated wok; remove.
  4. Stir-fry brown onion in heated wok about 3 minutes or until tender.
  5. Return prawns to wok with wombok, carrot, juice, honey and ginger; stir-fry until hot.
  6. Serve rice with stir-fry, sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onion.
