TRISCUIT Bruschetta
- 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slices, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 48 woven wheat crackers
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix tomatoes, cheeses, onions, parsley and garlic in bowl.
- Spoon 2 tsp.
- tomato mixture onto each cracker.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
