Tuna Salad With Sushi Flavors
- 1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
- sesame seeds, to garnish
- pickled ginger, to garnish
- In a bowl, mix tuna with mayonnaise, wasabi, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
- Serve with a salad, sprinkled with sesame seeds, or on toasted white bread as a sandwich.
- Serve with pickled ginger on the side.
