Whipped Dessert - Low Carbohydrate Recipes

  1. Completely dissolve Jello in boiling water & pour into blender container.
  2. Add cottage cheese & cream cheese.
  3. Cover & blend at medium speed, scraping sides occasionally, about 2 minutes or until mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Pour into large bowl.
  5. Gently stir in Cool Whip & pour into individual containers of one cup each.
  6. Chill until set, about 4 hours.
