Mushroom Steak Topper
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 14 cup butter
- 1 large celery rib, small dice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12-1 small onion, small dice
- salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
- Melt butter in saucepan, add veggies and saute until soft but do not brown.
- Simmer until most of the butter has thickened.
- Spoon over steaks.
