S'mores Cookies
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
- 42 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, cut crosswise in half
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine flour, graham crumbs and baking soda.
- Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat until blended.
- Add eggs; mix well.
- Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until edges of cookies are lightly browned.
- Immediately place 1 marshmallow half, cut side down, on top of each warm cookie.
- Let stand 2 min.
- Remove to wire racks; set aside while baking remaining cookies.
- Heat broiler.
- Return topped cookies to baking sheets.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 45 sec.
- or until marshmallows are puffed and toasted to desired doneness.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
