Parmesan-Rotini Skillet

  1. Crumble sausage into Dutch oven or large deep skillet; cook 8 to 10 min.
  2. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain sausage; return to pan.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce, tomatoes, water and herbs.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Add pasta; stir.
  7. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  8. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Mix ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan and parsley until blended; spoon over pasta mixture, then swirl gently with spoon.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
