Healthy Chocolate Macaroons

  1. Preheat oven to 200 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix until just combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon-sized scoop, drop mixture onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 200 F with oven door slightly ajar for 3 hours.
  5. Yields roughly 16 macaroons.
