robinmay's baked horseradish carrots

  1. boil carrots in water till tender
  2. drain carrots reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid in a bowl
  3. add horseradish, onion, salt, pepper, mayo,and butter to the cooking liquid and mix
  4. toss carrots with mixture
  5. put carrots in a greased baking dish
  6. sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
  7. bake at 375 for 20 minutes
