Brunch Pizzas

  1. PLACE pita rounds on baking sheet.
  2. SPREAD each pita with 1 Tbsp (15mL) mustard.
  3. SPRINKLE 1/2 cup (125mL) cheese on each pita.
  4. Arrange pineapple bits and ham pieces on top of cheese.
  5. Sprinkle green pepper and green onion on top if desired.
  6. BAKE at 400F (200C) for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts and pita is crisp.
