Brunch Pizzas
- 4 7" pita bread rounds
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 cups grated Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 can (14oz/398mL) pineapple bits, well drained
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1/4 cup each: diced green pepper and sliced green onion
- PLACE pita rounds on baking sheet.
- SPREAD each pita with 1 Tbsp (15mL) mustard.
- SPRINKLE 1/2 cup (125mL) cheese on each pita.
- Arrange pineapple bits and ham pieces on top of cheese.
- Sprinkle green pepper and green onion on top if desired.
- BAKE at 400F (200C) for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts and pita is crisp.
