African Squash And Yams (Futari) Recipe

  1. Cook and stir onion in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat till tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer 10 min.
  6. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, till vegetables are tender, about 5 min longer.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings
