Pork Barbecue Sauce
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup scallion, chopped
- 12 cup cider vinegar
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 12 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- In a heavy skillet, cook bacon.
- When it begins to give off fat, add onion and scallions, and cook until onion is transparent.
- Stir in vinegar, sugars, and catsup.
- Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in chili sauce, Worcestershire, Tabasco and cumin and simmer 10 minutes longer.
