Scalloped Potatoes And Ham Recipe

  1. Peel potatoes and slice thin.
  2. Place a layer of potatoes in a flat baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with flour; add in a layer of diced ham.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped onion.
  5. Alternate layer of potatoes and ham till all is used.
  6. Scald the lowfat milk; add in the butter, salt and pour over top.
  7. Put a ring of cracker crumbs around inside of pan.
  8. This prevents it from boiling over.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done and lightly browned on top.
