Pan Fried Pesto and Panko Crusted Pork Chops

  1. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of pesto on each side of pork.
  2. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon panko crumbs on each side and press to adhere.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a generous amount of olive oil (about 1/4 cup).
  4. Place all pork chops in skillet.
  5. Cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  6. Be sure to check the center of each pork chop to ensure it is cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately.
