Pan Fried Pesto and Panko Crusted Pork Chops
- 1/4 cups Pesto
- 4 whole Boneless Pork Loin Chops (about 3/4 Inch Thick)
- 1/2 cups Panko Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil, Or As Needed
- Spread 1/2 tablespoon of pesto on each side of pork.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon panko crumbs on each side and press to adhere.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a generous amount of olive oil (about 1/4 cup).
- Place all pork chops in skillet.
- Cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side.
- Be sure to check the center of each pork chop to ensure it is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
