Creamy turmeric sauce
- 14 oz coconut milk
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp turmeric
- 1/3 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 tsp granulated garlic powder
- Heat a pan till warmed remove from heat
- Spread all the dry ingredients out on bottom.
- Let sit 2 minutes.
- Turn heat on add the coconut milk.
- Bring to a boil reduce to simmer till your desired thickness.
- Make sure you stir, don't let it burn.
- The thicker the sauce the more the flavor.
- Goes well over meat, burgers, veggies, and so on.
