Stuffed Mirchi
- 250 g ground chicken
- 8 -10 large green chilies
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 12 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes or until the raw smell is gone.
- Fold in the chicken mince.
- Add all the spices.
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Then, slit and de-seed the green chillies.
- Fill the same with the above prepared mixture.
- Now, shallow fry these in oil in a pan on low heat.
- Switch off the gas and allow to cook in steam(cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes).
- Serve hot with bread or rotis or parathas.
