Smoked Salmon, Asparagus & Cheddar Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Chop smoked salmon and asparagus.
  3. Beat eggs and milk.
  4. Gently unfold pie crust into a pie pan.
  5. Trim the edges.
  6. Layer ingredients: handful cheese, half salmon, half asparagus, half egg mixture.
  7. Repeat.
  8. Top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
  10. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
