Fig & Prosciutto Grilled Cheese
- 8 slices Italian bread
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1/3 cup fig spread
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend
- 4 (1/2-ounce) slices prosciutto
- 1 cup arugula
- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with butter and other side with fig spread.
- Layer 4 slices bread with 1 slice cheese, prosciutto, arugula, and 1 slice cheese, fig spread-side up.
- Top with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.
- Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches, turning once, 5-9 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
