Morrocan Lamb Stew

  1. sautee onion till light golden then add season and sautee for one minute then brown lamb
  2. add lemon juice ,freash coriander ,red wine and stock
  3. put all ingredient on high in preasure cooker for 45 minute
  4. add salt and pepper into sauce and in low simmer reduce sauce and pour over lamb and serve hot
  5. OPTIONAL BAKE IN OVEN
  6. bake at 180C for 1 and a half hour
