Diabetic Banana Split Ice Cream Pie
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 3 cups no-sugar-added ice cream
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brush pie shell with egg white.
- Bake 5 - 7 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Spread ice cream in the cooled pie shell.
- Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or up to one week.
- To serve, arrange banana and strawberry slices over the ice cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cut into wedges.
