Diabetic Banana Split Ice Cream Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brush pie shell with egg white.
  3. Bake 5 - 7 minutes.
  4. Cool on wire rack.
  5. Spread ice cream in the cooled pie shell.
  6. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or up to one week.
  7. To serve, arrange banana and strawberry slices over the ice cream.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  9. Cut into wedges.
