Banana Cream Parfaits with Granola
- 1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 3 (5x2-inch) (1/2 cup) graham crackers, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant banana cream-flavored pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 cups Land O Lakes Fat Free Half & Half
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries and/or blueberries
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all granola ingredients in medium bowl; stir well to combine.
- Spread into lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake 11-12 minutes, stirring once, until golden brown.
- Cool completely; break apart.
- Meanwhile, combine pudding mix and half & half in medium bowl.
- Beat according to package directions.
- Place plastic food wrap directly onto surface of pudding.
- Refrigerate until ready to assemble parfaits.
- To assemble parfaits; layer ingredients starting with 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup pudding and 1/4 cup berries; repeat layers ending with granola.
- Serve immediately or cover each and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
