Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

  1. Boil chicken till tender.
  2. Debone chicken.
  3. Combine chicken, mushroom soup, chicken soup and mixed vegetables in a casserole dish.
  4. Mix 1/2 c. chicken broth.
  5. Mix 1 c. Bisquick mix, 1 c. lowfat milk, 2-3 Tbsp.
  6. butter in small bowl for topping.
  7. Spread over the top of chicken.
  8. Bake on 350 degrees for 30-35 min or possibly till the crust is brown.
