Veggied Frittata

  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.

  4. In medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, garlic, onion, seasoning and 1/3 cup of cheese until blended (you can season more according to taste).

  6. Stir in the mushrooms and spinach, then pour into the pie plate.

  8. Randomly place tomato slices all over mixture.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
  10. 5.
  11. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
