Easy Acorn Squash
- 1 acorn squash, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 18 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
- preheat oven to 350F.
- place the halves face down on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove, flip over, add filling (butter and either brown sugar or salt/pepper, or both).
- Bake for 20 more minutes.
