Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

  1. Cut chicken into medium strips.
  2. Dice onion.
  3. Add olive oil to large frypan and heat on medium heat.
  4. Enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add chicken, mushroom and onion and fry until the chicken is slightly brown.
  6. Salt and pepper at this time.
  7. Drain the oil from the pan.
  8. Add cream of mushroom soup, water and milk, worcestershire sauce and Mrs.
  9. Dashes.
  10. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook uncovered until the sauce thickens to a gravy like consistency.
  11. Serve over Brown Rice or Noodles.
