Mixed Berry Kombucha Gummy Snacks
- 1- 1/2 cup Chopped Berries (I Used Pitted Cherries And Strawberries)
- 1 cup Kombucha
- 4 Tablespoons Gelatin
- 2 Tablespoons Honey Or Agave Syrup
- Puree berries in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Pass through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove any seeds.
- You should have about 1 cup of fruit puree.
- In a small pot over very low heat, warm the kombucha gently for about 12 minutes (do not boil).
- Gradually whisk in gelatin until dissolved (kombucha will fizz slightly).
- When gelatin has dissolved completely, quickly whisk in fruit puree and honey or agave.
- Pour mixture into molds and chill for 12 hours or until solid.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
