Mixed Berry Kombucha Gummy Snacks

  1. Puree berries in a high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Pass through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove any seeds.
  3. You should have about 1 cup of fruit puree.
  4. In a small pot over very low heat, warm the kombucha gently for about 12 minutes (do not boil).
  5. Gradually whisk in gelatin until dissolved (kombucha will fizz slightly).
  6. When gelatin has dissolved completely, quickly whisk in fruit puree and honey or agave.
  7. Pour mixture into molds and chill for 12 hours or until solid.
  8. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
