Red, White & Blue Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour evenly into 3 bowls.
  3. Add dry blue gelatin mix and blue food coloring to batter in one bowl; mix well.
  4. Repeat with batter in second bowl with dry red gelatin mix and red food coloring.
  5. Spoon blue batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups; top with plain batter, then red batter.
  6. Bake as directed on package for cupcakes.
  7. Cool cupcakes in pans 10 min.
  8. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  9. Beat pudding mix, milk and sugar in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  10. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread onto cupcakes.
  11. Top with fruit just before serving.
