JELL-O Raspberry & Pineapple Mold
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1-1/4 cups cold apple juice
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in juice.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in fruit; pour into 1-1/2-qt.
- mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold before serving.
