My Favorite Way to Eat Avocado: Japanese-style with Umeboshi Pickled Plums

  1. Peal off the skin of the avocado and cut it into bite size.
  2. Take out the seed from the umeboshi and lightly mash with a knife.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. That's it!
  5. All the ingredients like avocado, kombu, sesame seeds, nametake mushrooms are good for your health and are delicious.
