Easy Hamburger Hash Brown Quiche Recipe
- 1 pound pkg. thawed hash browns
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake 30-35 min.
- Press thawed hash browns in pan and brush with butter.
- Bake 10 min.
- Brown grnd beef and onion.
- Drain.
- Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, cornstarch; stir into meat.
- Add in cubed cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour into hash brown crust and bake.
