Belgian Waffle Recipe

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt.
  3. stir in lowfat milk, egg and vanilla just till blended.
  4. Pour 3/4 c. batter into waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers directions.
  5. Remove waffle from waffle iron.
  6. Scoop 1/2 c. frzn dessert onto waffle and top with 2 tsp.
  7. whipped topping.
  8. Add in strawberries if you like.
  9. Repeat with remaining batter.
  10. Makes 12 servings.
