Belgian Waffle Recipe
- 2 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Egg subsitute
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Whipped topping
- 6 c. Chocolate fat-free frzn - dessert Sliced strawberries -- (optional)
- Preheat waffle iron.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- stir in lowfat milk, egg and vanilla just till blended.
- Pour 3/4 c. batter into waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers directions.
- Remove waffle from waffle iron.
- Scoop 1/2 c. frzn dessert onto waffle and top with 2 tsp.
- whipped topping.
- Add in strawberries if you like.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Makes 12 servings.
