Carol's Sketti Sauce

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Simmer with the stockpot cover OFF for 6 or more hours.
  3. Of course, you can use sooner.
  4. I like it to cook down and thicken.
  5. Either way it is very good.
  6. Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
