Cheesy Artichoke Dip
- 14 ounces, weight Canned Artichoke Hearts, Drained Very Well
- 14 ounces, weight Jarred Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Drained Well And Chopped
- 14 ounces, weight Canned Chopped Green Chile Peppers, Drained Well
- 1 cup (Real) Mayonnaise
- 4 ounces, weight Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix artichoke hearts, marinated artichoke hearts, green chile peppers, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the mixture in a small baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
