Crispy Chicken Thigh Parmigiana

  1. Cook and stir onions and garlic in dressing in saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until onions are tender.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, Italian seasoning and pepper.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Simmer on low heat 10 min.
  6. or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in basil.
  8. Keep warm.
  9. Combine bread crumbs, 3 Tbsp.
  10. Parmesan and oregano in shallow dish.
  11. Beat egg and milk in small bowl until blended.
  12. Dip chicken in egg mixture; coat with crumb mixture.
  13. Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  14. on each side or until done (165F).
  15. Transfer to serving platter.
  16. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  17. Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
  18. Let stand 2 min.
  19. or until cheese melts.
