Raspberry Mimosa

  1. Pour 1 teaspoon raspberry liqueur into 8 champagne flutes.
  2. Add a raspberry to each and muddle with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  3. Fill the glasses halfway with orange juice and then finish with champagne.
