Anyday Poached Eggs

  1. Pour water into deep 10-inch skillet to 3 inches in depth.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Break 1 egg into custard cup or small shallow bowl.
  4. Hold bowl close to water; slip egg into water.
  5. Repeat with remaining eggs.
  6. Cook 4-5 minutes or until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard.
  7. Carefully remove eggs from water with slotted spoon.
  8. Place 2 slices toast onto each serving plate.
  9. Top each with poached egg.
  10. *Substitute 2 English muffins, split, toasted.
