Citrus Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

  1. Put all the ingredients (except the pork) into a large zip top bag.
  2. Seal it up and mix it up by shaking it together.
  3. Add the pork tenderloin(s) into the bag and massage the marinade into it.
  4. Stash it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, and up to 12.
  5. When it is time to cook it, heat the BBQ to medium heat, about 400 degrees F. Remove the tenderloin(s) from the marinade and pat it off with a paper towel.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each of the 4 sides until cooked through.
  7. They say an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is cooked.
  8. Remove from the heat and let it rest under foil for 5 minutes.
  9. Cut into slices and serve!
