Citrus Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Smashed
- 13 cups Olive Oil
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 whole Pork Tenderloins
- Put all the ingredients (except the pork) into a large zip top bag.
- Seal it up and mix it up by shaking it together.
- Add the pork tenderloin(s) into the bag and massage the marinade into it.
- Stash it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, and up to 12.
- When it is time to cook it, heat the BBQ to medium heat, about 400 degrees F. Remove the tenderloin(s) from the marinade and pat it off with a paper towel.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each of the 4 sides until cooked through.
- They say an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is cooked.
- Remove from the heat and let it rest under foil for 5 minutes.
- Cut into slices and serve!
