Quick & Easy Loaded Chili

  1. Heat the bacon fat or olive oil in a large (5-quart) Dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
  2. Saute diced onions until they are soft and translucent (not browned).
  3. Add in the ground beef and cook thoroughly.
  4. Next add the sauce, beans and seasonings.
  5. Stir, cover and let simmer over medium-low for twenty minutes.
  6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, a little cheddar and crumbled bacon pieces then sprinkle with sliced green onions.
  7. Enjoy!
