Breakfast Burrito Wraps Recipe
- 8 slc Turkey bacon
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 med Red pepper, minced
- 2 c. Egg substitute
- 8 x Flour tortillas, heated per package directions
- 1 c. Reduced-fat Monterey Jack Cheese Fat-free lowfat sour cream Salsa Shredded lettuce Diced tomato
- Cook bacon in large non-stick frying pan; drain and crumble.
- In same pan, cook onion and pepper till tender, about 5 min.
- Remove and set aside.
- Cook Large eggs over medium heat without stirring till Large eggs begin to set.
- Continue to stir gently and allow to set till cooked.
- Add in bacon and vegetables to Large eggs.
- Spoon mix onto tortillas; top with cheese.
- Fold or possibly roll tortillas.
- Serve with toppings, if you like.
- Makes 8 servings.
