Angel Food Cake 1 Recipe

• 11 x egg whites
• 1 c. sifted cake flour, sift 3 times
• 1 x 112 c. sifted sugar, sift 3 times
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 112 tsp almond extract

1. Add in salt to egg whites and beat slightly, then add in cream of tartar and beat till you can turn bowl upside down without spilling.
2. Add in sugar lightly, then flour gently.
3. Add in almond extract and place in tube pan.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
